Approval!!

Preliminary approval has been given to our re-roofing plans (subject to some fine details). I have just given Glew & Smith authority to proceed on the tendering processing. As the contract is going to be in excess of £100k, and has a large contribution of public funding, the tendering process has to be independent and above board. We are obliged to use a facility site called mytender.com as are all public bodies. We will hopefully long list to ten then shortlist during November.
